Fantastic studio monitors

I wanted a pair of monitors for my small home studio, and I’m very happy that I choose the eris 3.5.

These monitors provide excellent clarity during mixing due to very detailed midrange frequencies. There is some adjustment on the back for the low and high frequencies to adjust the sound based on your room space which is a feature that you can find in more expensive studio monitors.

The sound is very organic thanks to the Kevlar 3.5 inch woofers. I cannot find any flaws both in sounds or in construction as these are pretty solid. They slightly lack on low frequencies due to smaller main woofer but the bass they provide is very detailed without being muddy. This is a matter of personal preference but those who need more bass they can go with the eris 5 or buy a separate subwoofer. Personally I love how they sound l wouldn’t change anything.

Those who have a small home studio that they don’t want to invest in large and expensive monitors this is the right choice for you.

If you are looking for improvement to your everyday experience and you've never had a studio monitors before - try these little pair and you'll be amazed.

However if you are recording your own music and looking for something affordable to represent your sound clearly - these will do fine as well.

No noise when nothing is playing.

I also recommend to buy foam-pads with them.

One thing I regret is not buying BT version, it would be more convenient in some ways. But there is always a BT-adapter.

Overall this is a very good purchase.

Worth buying

First I was mad because of a nasty resonance at 128 Hz (B2..C3). Then I realized, that it was a specific of my room.. ha-ha)) Still don't have any solution though :( *crying*

In a bigger room with furniture, music sounds almost perfect. Live e-guitar home performings are great too. Self-noise level is bearable, but quite perceptible. Front AUX is very useful.

Minus one star for the next:

1) Body coverage is a thin film, nice but thin. It peeled off a bit at the back side, on a corner.
2) The controls are on the left monitor and no way to swap them.
3) A friend of mine managed to get a power switch broken. Mine still works.

Amazing value

I use these in a small bedroom studio.For the price,there fantastic, nice and weighty as well,sound quality fabulous, compact size also.If your short on cash and need good monitors,I would highly recommend.
The only criticism, which is unfair of me considering the price, is the low end
But all things considered there more than able to get the job done in a small studio or bedroom set up.
